OHA Program Points Submission - 2025

Instructions:

  1. Submit one form per participating dog per event.
  2. Only one result per event number is allowed. See Chapter 4 in the OHA Rules & Points.
  3. Use the document OHA Rules & Points for information concerning Event Type/Venue/Placement/Points Earned/etc.
  4. Points must be submitted within 60 days of the event to be considered valid entries. Submissions later than 60 days from the event will not be counted.
