The deadline for submitting applications and documentation for both the Register of Merit and Producer of Merit Awards this year will be August 1, 2009.

NOTE: With the early Specialty date this year, the deadline for ROM and POM applications is set at August 1, 2009 in order to allow us time to get everything processed and shipped to the Specialty. That does make it hard to get that last Water title in time to qualify, so...

Get your applications in with photos and ALL other supporting documentation by 8/1. If you are entered in water trials in August, add a note to that effect on your application. It is up to you to get back to Leslie (for ROM) or Amanda (for POM) ASAP if you receive any additional water titles during August. Include the trial date and location, titling level, and trial secretary contact info when you submit your updated information.
