How do I access the Members Only section of the website?
Access to the member only section of the website is restricted to current Associate, Foreign or Voting members. 

I forgot my username and/or password, what do I do?
You can retrieve your username and/or password using the two links on the Members Login page. Enter your email address and a system generated email will be sent with the username associated with your profile. Or use the 'Forgot my Password' link on the Members Login page to reset your profile password.

Do I have the same username and password for the PWD Health & Litter database?
By default, you will have a different username and password is used to access the PWD Health & Litter database. You may change your username on either sites to be the same or to something that you remember.

How do I change my contact information with the PWDCA?
You may log-in to update your profile. Any changes will immediately be available in the online membership directory.  If you need to change your Contact Name shown in your profile, let us know and we’ll make this change for you.
